Le mandat d'arrêt anglais
Quand une personne était accusée sous serment devant un juge de paix d'une infraction grave, le juge signait et scellait un mandat adressé au constable du lieu et à tous les officiers de paix du comté, leur ordonnant au nom du souverain de l'arrêter sur-le-champ et de l'amener devant un juge pour répondre de l'accusation. L'Indictable Offences Act de 1848 en imprimait les mots dans son annexe, formulaire (B.).
Bearer imprime les mots du formulaire, le nom du souverain mis au masculin (His Majesty) pour les règnes de George V, Édouard VIII et George VI ; la mise en page est la nôtre.
Bearer fabrique les papiers d'un investigateur pour L'Appel de Cthulhu et toute campagne de jeu de rôle des années 1920 ou 1930 : le passeport qu'un consul aurait rempli, avec les visas et tampons de frontière qu'une campagne y laisse, et les permis, certificats et bulletins de l'époque, à imprimer ou à partager.
