Sheep
Keith Weller, Public domain, Wikimedia Commons

Sheep descend from the mouflon and are now kept almost everywhere people live, from steppe and scrub to mountain pasture. They move as a flock with no leader and grow distressed when cut off from it. They give meat, milk, wool and hides, and count among the most valuable animals people have ever kept.
