Historical model
Modelled on the Orient Line and the P&O Australian mail from London through Port Said and Colombo to Fremantle, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. By the Cape, the P&O Branch Line sailed one-class ships to Australia by Cape Town and Durban until 1929, a route the Aberdeen Line and White Star kept in the thirties. From Sydney and Brisbane, the Eastern & Australian line of the same group sailed to Manila, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Yokohama.
