Isthmian & Pacific Steamship Company

Isthmian & Pacific Steamship Company (Isthmian Line) is a fictional steamship line of the Passage network, period-plausible, with 6 steamers on 2 routes.

Passage computes it for Call of Cthulhu and any 1920s or 1930s tabletop campaign: pick two places and a date, and print the ticket the purser's clerk would have written.

Historical model

Modelled on the Grace Line's New York to west coast of South America service through Havana, Cristóbal and the Panama Canal (the Santa ships). Its Santa ships went on from Callao by Mollendo, Arica and Antofagasta to Valparaíso, and the intercoastal steamers of the Panama Pacific Line and the Grace Line ran fortnightly from New York by Havana and the Canal to Los Angeles and San Francisco.
