Saronite with the god's taint cooked out of it, which is the whole point and the whole difficulty: the tempering has to be violent enough to break what lives in the ore without destroying the ore itself. What comes out is titan-forged rather than merely smithed, and it does not whisper. It is the only known way to make saronite safe against the skin.
